    We are currently looking for an Aveda Retail Advisor to join our Aveda Laval location. The Advisor will be able to ensure that high levels of guest service are continuously achieved while maintaining a consistent professional and motivational style. This position is primarily responsible for helping guests find the right products in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    • Excellent customer service and retailing skills
    • Ability to assess customers' personal needs and provide cosmetic knowledge
    • Desire to achieve service excellence
    • Ability to follow merchandising schematics
    • Positive attitude is a must
    • Passion for Aveda products and services is an asset
